From the time I first called until this professional team left my house today, I got A+ Service. James came out to my house a month before the job and walked through with me to ensure he understood the job requirements. On the day of the job, the team showed up right on time and never stopped until the job was done (9:00am – 5:45pm). I cannot emphasize how great their system works. No dust, floor ready for wood install, every detail taken care of and my house was left in the same condition it was when they arrived. To be blunt – if you have anyone else remove your tile, you will regret not calling Floorbusters. I’m going to make sure all my friends know about this company. So thank you, Doug, James, and the great young men on your team. I will sleep well tonight. 🙂

I was told by numerous people that dust free tile removal doesn’t exist. A co-worker actually laughed at me and told me “good luck with that”. He got some cheap imitation “dust free” removal that didn’t work. I had a lot of doubt and even asked before they started if this is true. I was told to hold my payment until they’re done and I’m satisfied. That’s a strong statement and they delivered on it. I walked through the demo site multiple times while they worked and couldn’t find dust anywhere! This is the real deal. The tile installer told me he’s never seen such a smooth clean surface and in the end this saved me 2 days on the tile installation because he didn’t have to prep the surface prior to installation. Great work, great price (compared to standard tile removal), Great customer service!

James and his crew arrived on time, got promptly to work, and worked straight through to completion. They did everything possible to control the dust and mess normally associated with tile removal. Their system with high powered vacuums hooked to each piece of equipment did an impressive job of keeping dust and debris out of the house. Once the tile was removed, they took extra time to grind my floor smooth, once again without making dust or a mess. At the end of the job, there was no mess in my house and my floor was perfectly smooth, level, clean, and ready for me to lay my new tile. I highly recommend Floor Busters of Central Florida if you are considering removing tile in your home.

Travis and Hector were professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and did an amazing job. I was afraid that this service was not going to be as virtually “dust-free” as I hoped and planned for. I was certainly shocked!!! It surpassed my standards!! Doug was very helpful in answering all of my questions beforehand. Travis and Hector made everything simple and painless at the house. Just had my old tile flooring removed and I must admit I didn’t see how it could be done w/o the mess but to my amazement there was no mess, no dust, no dirt. These guys were fantastic. I would not hesitate recommending them. They did a wonderful job and very quickly, wish I knew about them when I had my last project done.
